Relax in your outdoor oasis at the water`s edge before heading out to scuba dive, shop, fish, or even embark on a lobstering adventure. Located on Pine Channel, you can walk to fresh seafood and delicious wings at Kiki`s Sandbar in 4 blocks or take a quick ride to Cuba Coffee in 2.4 miles. Take a picturesque drive to Key West`s Duval Street in 45 minutes, home to world-famous pubs and fine dining alike. LIVING AREAS With a 4BR home and a full 2BR guesthouse, this unique Little Torch Key retreat has ample space for all your guests - plus a beautiful pool and private boat basin with ramp. In the main house, the light-filled living room has a sleeper sofa, love seat, and armchair surrounding a 40 TV. Settle in with your favorite shows or simply enjoy the water views. A den offers peace and quiet when you want to relax with a new book. The guest house living room has tile floors, a sleeper sofa, couch, and a 36 TV. KITCHEN & DINING Indulge your inner chef in the pristine kitchen, where granite counters and stainless steel appliances shine. A French-door fridge and double-basin sink make meal prep and cleanup simple and efficient. When it`s time to dine, head to the sunny dining area with seating for six. The guesthouse kitchen also features granite counters and stainless steel appliances, plus a three-person dining table. BEDROOMS & BATHS Six bedrooms between the main house and the guest house accommodate 12 guests. Both homes are single-story. In the main house, the master suite has a king-size bed and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and cheerful buttercup walls, and the third has a set of twins perfect for the kids. A shared bath between the two has a tubshower combination. "Our Family trip was much needed and having the 2 homes on site was a plus. Our daughter`s family with 2 young kids stayed in the cottage and it was perfect for their family with the 2 twin beds in one room. The other house accomidated the rest of the crew with the 4 bedrooms and 3 12 baths. each home having a washer and dryer was a plus. The boat ramp onsite was a great thing. It was a little hard to navigate with our 24ft Sea Hunt and the T-top... But we managed. The bush by the back corner of the house and the one limb on the tree in the same area should be cut back so as to make it easier for the boat access in and out. I would personally take out the bush with the red flowers that can scrap the boats going in and out. Our stay was from August 26th to September 2nd. Hurricane Idalia came up the gulf about 200 miles west of us on Tuesday and Wednesday August 29th and 30th. We had high winds and some rain those days. But with the cove where the boats sat we were fine. Tide was a bit high but nothing to worry about as the low tides are super low in this area. The Lobster were few and far between as the water on both the Atlantic and Gulf were very cloudy from all the storms. ALL in all it was a great week with Family! We would definately rent here again!"

"This house was perfect for our vacation with 2 small families. We had plenty of room and the location and views canâ€™t be beat. I wish there had been a few more dishes and pans on the kitchen for cooking, but very minor concern."

"Couldnâ€™t have been more perfect! Houses had plenty of room for our group. Kitchen had everything we needed. Kikiâ€™s down the road just a 5 minute walk away had great food and great live music. Just go early because music stops at 9. The place was quiet and private with easy access to go anywhere you could want to go. Key West was a short car ride or boat ride away. Our teenagers enjoyed the kayaks. Looe Key was a short boat ride away. The pool area is gorgeous with lots of seating and even though our boat was pretty large we were able to dock it there without issues. There is also putt putt golf nearby. This is a perfect place for a family vacation to remember for years to come. Amy was great at answering our questions as well. Highly, highly recommend!"
